Work
A selection, weighted toward recent: AgelessRx, where I work today, along with Henry Meds, Boundless, and a business I run on my own. Some I built, some I led, and all of them show how I work in ways a résumé line can't.
AgelessRx
I build tools for customer experience, operations and clinical teams. Each one replaces a manual step with software and keeps a person in the loop for the exceptions.
01 · Identity verification
Automated identity checks
Ran the evaluation spike and proof of concept for identity verification vendors, then built the integration and the admin review. Identity review went from 100% manual to about 95% verified with no human involved.
C# · .NET · Webhooks · Feature flags
02 · Drug interactions
Drug-interaction checks
Built the bulk of a DrugBank integration across the stack, from matching medications at intake to clinical review, replacing a lookup customer service did by hand. About 4 in 10 orders now reach admin review with the check already done.

The Glenway Chalet
A cabin in Maggie Valley, NC, owned through Hygge Hospitality. I build and maintain two systems for it on my own: one that takes bookings and payment, and one that runs each guest's stay.
01 · Direct booking
A custom direct-booking site
A custom direct-booking site I maintain as a second way to take bookings, built around Hospitable and Stripe for this one property: booking and payments, a staff operations dashboard, and an SEO content system, all on one codebase.
TanStack Start · React 19 · Stripe · Hospitable · Netlify
02 · Guest automation
Guest-stay automation
Door codes created and removed automatically from the live booking calendar, scheduled on Google Cloud with retries and alerting, with no one in the loop.
Node.js · Python/Flask · Terraform · Google Cloud Run
Henry Meds
Growth engineering at a telehealth company, from lead engineer to engineering manager. The work was customer acquisition: measuring the funnel, testing changes, and making onboarding safe to return to, so patients could get treatment faster and for less.
01 · Funnel data
First-party event tracking
A first-party tracking pipeline I conceived and built at a hackathon, recording funnel events from the app itself. Extended by teammates since, it captures 7%+ of traffic that ad blockers and browser privacy used to hide.
React · Cloud Run · BigQuery
02 · Experimentation
A standard for experiments
Ran the evaluation spike and proof of concept for A/B experimentation vendors, then built the first integration and made experiments safe to run and easy for teams across the stack to adopt. The team’s go-to expert on the Kameleoon implementation.
React · Feature flags · Playwright
03 · Onboarding
Onboarding that guides
Led the rewrite of onboarding around durable state, so patients are never asked for what we already know and land on the right step, then designed sign-in for returning patients.
React · Redux · Firebase Auth · GraphQL
Boundless
Senior front-end engineer, then tech lead, on the retention and repeat-purchase team at an immigration-technology company. I helped families through a costly, complicated process by turning it into small, clear steps.
01 · Tourist visa
A tourist-visa product
Tech lead for the first version of a standalone single-page app: a quiz that decides eligibility, and a dashboard that sets expectations after payment, on a new one-record-per-answer data model.
React · TypeScript · Rails · Design system
02 · Internal tools
An internal payment tool
Built the tool that let outbound salespeople take payment, government fees included, while still on the phone with the customer. It supported the pricing and payment-plan changes that raised average revenue per customer by about 29% in 2022, a company-wide result.
React · TypeScript · Stripe · Feature flags
03 · Underneath
Internal tools and a shared component library
Tools for the operations team, contributions to Boundless UI (an opinionated take on Material UI), and leading front-end through a reorganization.
